Due to the personal care and consumable nature of our products, all sales are generally final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with:

● Your order number

● Photos of the item(s)

● A description of the issue

If approved, we may provide:

● A replacement product

● Store credit

● A refund, when appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned once opened or used:

● Body Butters

● Body Oils

● Hair Care Products

● Soaps

● Lip Care Products

● Other personal care items

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
